We use AI technologies to enhance our services. In compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, we provide the following transparency disclosures:

Voice Assistant (Aspire)

AI-powered voice interaction for website visitors

Provider: Google (Gemini 2.0 Flash)
Data processed: Voice input (converted to text), conversation transcripts
Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) — you choose to initiate a voice conversation
Retention: Transcripts are retained for 30 days to improve service quality, then deleted

PII Detection

Automated detection and redaction of personally identifiable information in text inputs

Provider: Microsoft Azure AI Language (UK South region)
Data processed: Text submitted via forms and conversations
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — this is a protective measure to prevent accidental exposure of sensitive data
Retention: Text is processed in real time and not stored by the PII service
A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) has been conducted for this processing activity in accordance with UK GDPR Article 35.

We do not make any solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you (Article 22 UK GDPR). All AI outputs are subject to human review and oversight before any action is taken.

This disclosure is made in accordance with the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (commenced 5 February 2026), which requires transparency about automated data processing.

WhatsApp Messaging & Email

When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we collect:

•Email address - To respond to your inquiry
•Phone number (WhatsApp only) - For direct messaging
•Project details - Information you provide about your inquiry

Data Retention & Legal Basis
